Purpose:  The charts above are used to help identify the Aluminum fitting sizes needed for an insulated pipe. 

***Please note that sizes differ between 90° and 45° Elbows (unlike PVC Fittings). 

Directions: The column on the left is the size of the pipe and the top row is the thickness of the insulation on the pipe.  To determine what pipe size you have, please visit our Easy Order Guide.  The Pipe Sizes listed in the left column are "Order This Size" from the Easy Order Guide.

Example: If you are insulating a 3" Iron pipe with 1" fiberglass pipe insulation you would use a #14 Aluminum 90° Fitting and a #6 Aluminum 45° Fitting.
